My vision for the Creative Transition is to offer structure, perspective, and genuine human connection — applied to organisations, leadership, and creative life alike. This is the chance to feel what change is really possible, reconnect with your essence, and find your own inspiration, individually and collectively.
approach
My approach is simple: start small, then go deeper if it feels right. Depending on your context, that might be a 1-to-1 session, a small group, an urban retreat, or a short talk. Each is a first step to explore what kind of support would serve you best, before you commit to anything longer.
Whether you’re an organisation navigating growth, a leader facing a critical decision, or an individual reconnecting with a creative calling, the first step can be a simple conversation.

Hello, I'm Isabelle. Mentor, entrepreneur, citizen of the world, and mother of two, bringing structure and creativity together in everything I do.
As a young woman, I chose a scientific path. My heart leaned toward the creative fields, but I didn’t yet have the courage to go against expectation. I studied medical biology, then completed a master’s-level degree in hospital management and public health at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. From there I built a career in clinical research, and for nearly thirty years I have helped organisations across CROs, biotech, and pharma operate with rigour, structure, and integrity.
All the while, I kept building a second track alongside the first: communication, brand strategy, teaching, and design. For years I treated these as separate lives. It took real work to understand that both are simply parts of who I am, and that neither has to be sacrificed for the other.
That duality is now the foundation of my work. I bring the same structure and clarity I built in operations and leadership to the more intuitive territory of personal and professional transition, and I’m certified as a Holistic Creator Coach through Selfcraft. The Creative Transition is where these two worlds meet: a space built from my own journey between the rational and the creative-intuitive, to help you find your own way through.
