Nowadays, it is not easy to cultivate authenticity and accept your own vulnerability in the face of physical, temporal, organizational and energetic limitations in our fast-paced lives.
In July 2021, I began a holistic coaching training course during which I created and designed a project that reflected me: in the Creative Transition
I imagined it as a space for co-creation and a support for creativity for those who want to experiment, release or promote it.
I didn’t want to be the center of attention communicating the project, I wanted to encourage links, exchange and experiences… and that’s how it remains today. I am deeply convinced that the inner development of each of us must have as its goal the connection with others and not only our own well-being.
The more I wanted to release it, the more I faced my own reality. I had just created a project and had to direct it alone, while continuing to work as a consultant, a single-parent mother of two teenagers and just reaching mid-life… too much for my Self at that time.
I had no choice but to make my body listen, and a break to recharge was necessary: rethink, redefine and reorganize myself according to the flow of energy.
I was able to observe how my person intensified many parts to the extreme… and how I was able to return to balance little by little with the desire to put spirituality even more present in my daily life.
Now I am returning to a more virtuous dynamic. Vulnerable, of course, but determined.
The humble purpose of this blog is to be a diary that allows me to collect and share: experiences, information, proposals, projects, developments… about what I have been, what I am and what is evolving within me.
Perhaps it will help other minds to be more creative on the path of their transition to something more aligned, more balanced, more authentic in their lives.
